Refunds when a stream goes wrong

If an event is cancelled, email hello@actionppv.com for a full refund. Contact us about other streaming-related refund requests too.

If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund. Email hello@actionppv.com from the address you bought with and name the event. Allow time for the refund to appear with your payment provider.

If a streaming problem prevented you from watching the event you paid for, email hello@actionppv.com with:

  • The event name.
  • The email used to buy the pass.
  • What happened and roughly when.
  • How much of the event you were able to watch.

Your request needs to be considered under the published refund policy. The existence of a replay or a brief reconnection does not, by itself, explain the outcome of every request.

If you made a mistake in your email address, contact us so we can help recover access. Do not send full card details.

If a refund has been confirmed but has not arrived, contact us with the relevant event and sale details.

When you buy, you tick a box to confirm you are 18 or over, accept the Terms, ask for your pass straight away and understand that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it is sent. So changing your mind after the pass is sent is not a reason for a refund. Faults and cancelled events still are.

Nothing in this guide reduces your statutory rights.
