ActionPPV refund policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
The short version of how refunds work for passes. The full detail is in our Terms (Part B). Nothing here reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
When you get your money back
The event was cancelled.
Full refund. We'll email the address your pass was sent to.
The event was postponed and you can't make the new date.
Your pass carries over automatically. If the new date doesn't work, email us before the event starts and you'll get a full refund.
The stream didn't run at all.
Full refund on request. Email us within 14 days of the event date.
The stream ran, but you had real problems, such as long outages or persistently unwatchable quality.
Tell us within 14 days of the event and what happened. We'll put it right in a way that fairly reflects how much was actually watchable. That may be a partial or full refund. Short drops that reconnected, and anything you could catch on the replay, are part of live streaming from a small venue rather than a failure.
You changed your mind.
Passes are digital content delivered the moment you pay, so once your pass is delivered the 14-day cooling-off right no longer applies. You agree to that at checkout. If something's genuinely gone wrong, talk to us anyway.
What doesn't qualify
Problems with your own connection or device, a mistyped email address (ask us and we'll re-send your pass to the correct one), or passes revoked for misuse such as sharing the link or re-streaming.
How to ask
Email hello@actionppv.com from the address you bought with, naming the event. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe. Banks usually take a few working days to show it.
Please contact us before going to your bank. A chargeback raised without talking to us first, for an event that ran and a pass that was delivered, can lead to the pass being revoked.
