Our cookies support login, checkout and playback. No advertising cookies. Optional playback quality monitoring does not use analytics cookies.

What we use

Login session (clubs). When you log in to a club account, we store an authentication token in your browser (local storage) so you stay signed in. Cleared when you log out.

Checkout (Stripe). When you buy a pass, payment happens on Stripe's checkout, and Stripe sets cookies needed for payment processing and fraud prevention. See Stripe's own cookie policy for detail.

Playback. The watch page keeps a session identifier while you watch, used to run the player and enforce the two-screen limit. This is functional, not tracking.

Playback quality monitoring

When enabled, the fan player sends playback quality measurements to Mux Data to help us understand buffering, playback failures and viewing time. These measurements use the event and club IDs. We do not send your email, account ID, pass link or signed video URL with them. Mux receives technical information such as your IP address and browser when its service is contacted.

This monitoring does not set analytics cookies or store a persistent viewer identifier. It is disabled when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

What we don't use

No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Managing cookies

The login, checkout and playback storage described above supports those features. Playback quality monitoring is optional; blocking it does not stop the video. You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.
