When things go wrong
You're live but fans still see the waiting screen
Live pictures take time to reach viewers. Delay can vary between devices and connections, so people may not see the same moment at the same time.
Check the broadcaster's app first. Is it live, intentionally paused, reconnecting or ended? Each state needs a different response.
Then check an authorised viewer's original watch link on a second device. If the stream works there but another viewer remains stuck, ask that viewer to reopen their original link once and note any error.
A working camera preview on the broadcasting phone does not establish that paid viewers can watch.
If nobody can see the stream, check the broadcasting connection and the app's status. Do not end the event to clear a waiting screen: ending is final.
If viewers remain on the waiting screen, email hello@actionppv.com with the event and approximate time the problem started.
