When things go wrong
You ended the stream by mistake
Once you swipe to end the broadcast, you cannot restart streaming on the same event.
If the show is still taking place, email hello@actionppv.com immediately with your club name, event and what happened.
Do not assume existing pass holders will gain access to a newly created event. Do not ask them to pay again as a workaround.
The app has lock controls to help prevent accidental actions. Pausing and ending both require a swipe, so check the action you are using.
Use Pause when you intend to continue. The club can resume the same broadcast and viewers keep their watch link.
Use End only when the broadcast is finished. A connection problem should be handled through the app's recovery controls, not by deliberately ending the event.
