The battery died during the stream
If the broadcasting phone shuts down, connect it to an appropriate power source and allow it to restart.
Open ActionPPV, sign in if needed and check the same event. Follow the recovery controls shown if the broadcast can continue. If the event is marked ended, it cannot be restarted.
After recovery, check picture and sound using an authorised viewer on a second device.
Battery life varies with the phone, battery condition, connection, screen brightness and temperature. Do not assume a full battery will last a whole show.
Before your next event, start with sufficient charge, bring a suitable cable and power supply, and test your arrangement. Monitor heat as well as the battery level.
If you cannot recover the event, email hello@actionppv.com. Do not create another paid event and expect existing passes to transfer automatically.
