When things go wrong
A call, a notification or the lock screen interrupted the stream
Calls, another recording app or locking the phone can interrupt a broadcast. Behaviour depends on the phone and its settings.
Dismiss the interruption, return to ActionPPV and check the event's status. Follow any recovery action offered. If you intentionally paused, use Resume.
Do not swipe to end unless the event is finished. Ending cannot be undone.
Before the show, review Do Not Disturb settings, permitted callers and alarms. Check that power-saving settings will not interfere with the session, and avoid switching away from the broadcasting app unnecessarily.
The live stream's lock controls are there to help prevent accidental actions in the app. They are not an instruction to lock the phone's screen.
Ask an authorised viewer to check that sound and picture have returned. If recovery fails, email hello@actionppv.com with the event, phone model and interruption details.
