How to export your ActionPPV sales to a spreadsheet
Open the earnings area of your club dashboard and look for the sales export or CSV download option.
Download the file and open it in a spreadsheet application. Check its column headings, dates and scope before using it for your accounts.
Your club receives 80% of each pass sale. Stripe fees are paid from ActionPPV's 20%, so they should not be treated as a further deduction from the club's share.
When reconciling the file, account for refunds, disputes and payout timing. A sales report and a bank statement cover different stages of the payment process.
Keep exported information secure and share it only with people who need it. A masked email address does not establish that the whole file contains no personal information.
If an export is missing, incomplete or unclear, email hello@actionppv.com with your club name and the date range you need.
