ActionPPV payouts explained
Club payouts are expected 3 to 5 calendar days after payment. They are based on when a buyer pays, rather than waiting for the event to finish.
Your club receives 80% of the pass sale. ActionPPV pays Stripe fees from its own 20%.
Stripe handles the payment and payout process. Check the payment or payout information available in your club dashboard and Stripe account.
If a payout is late:
- Check whether payment setup or identity verification still needs attention.
- Check the payout status and bank details.
- Allow for any bank-processing or verification delay shown.
- Email hello@actionppv.com if the payment remains overdue or its status is unclear.
Refunds and disputes can affect balances, so the amount received may differ from an earlier sales total.
Do not send full bank or card details by email. Use the secure payment-account controls to update financial information.
