How to send a free PPV pass on ActionPPV
Your club can give away one free pass per event.
Use the free-pass option for the event, enter the recipient's email carefully and check the address before sending. Follow the result shown on screen.
If the recipient cannot find the email, ask them to check junk and search for ActionPPV. If it is still missing, email hello@actionppv.com with the event name and recipient address.
If the pass has already been issued, do not assume another send creates a second free allocation. Contact us if the original address was wrong.
A free pass does not generate sales income because the recipient has not paid.
For a viewer with a payment problem, check what happened to the payment before using the event's free pass as a workaround.
