How to add an event poster on ActionPPV
Open the event's editing form and use the poster upload or replacement control.
Choose an image that meets the requirements shown by the uploader. Check the preview before saving, then review the published event page.
Use readable text, a clear focal point and enough contrast for a small phone screen. Keep important details away from the edges where cropping could hide them.
If the upload fails:
- Check the file type and size against the message shown.
- Make sure the image opens correctly on your device.
- Export a new copy in an accepted format if needed.
- Try again when your connection is stable.
For further help, email hello@actionppv.com with the event name and the upload error. Do not assume that changing a filename changes an image's format.
